Physician assisted suicide and euthanasia represent present day threats to human life at one of its weakest, most vulnerable moments.
Through ongoing educational and pastoral initiatives, the Pro-Life Office assists in providing information, and referrals for services to those living with a life threatening illness.
Working with health care professionals, respect life committees,
and pastoral ministers, the Pro-Life Office promotes the "way of love and true mercy",
transforming our parishes into communities of comfort and hope for the
dying and their families.
